Stuyvesant Dental Associates - Modern Dentistry
At Stuyvesant
Dental Associates, you will find only the most up-to-date equipment and proven
procedures. The dental practice has consistently been pioneering safer
dental methods. In 1984, Stuyvesant Dental became one of the first dental
practices to stop using mercury/amalgam fillings. In 1994, “60 Minutesâ€
conducted an inquiry, spurred by the HIV epidemic, into the adequacy of
sterilization procedures used in New York dental offices. After visiting
hundreds of dental offices, the editor of the project found Stuyvesant Dental
to be among the safest. She was so impressed that she ended up bringing
her own mother into Stuyvesant Dental to become a patient.
Digital Radiography in Manhattan
Stuyvesant Dental Associates is proud to offer digital radiography (digital X-rays) at our Manhattan practice. Digital radiography from Stuyvesant Dental exposes patients to far less radiation than traditional X-rays. Digital radiography also offers instant results and clearer enlargements of dental images.
Implant Dentistry at our Manhattan Practice
Drs. Pascal and Schwarz have also been at the forefront of implant dentistry technology in Manhattan. When implant dentistry was still coming of age in Manhattan, Dr. Pascal sponsored a symposium for a limited number of noted dental specialists, introducing them to the new advances in implant dentistry. Stuyvesant Dental offers implant dentistry and has a periodontal specialist on staff to provide the highest level of safety and success.
Digital radiography and implant dentistry are just two examples of Stuyvesant Dental’s dedication to safety and providing its patients with the latest treatment options.
